Hurricane Harvey Supply Drive
So far, the Petaluma HQ First Cal Cares team alone has provided 6 boxes of clothes, backpacks, paper, pens, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste to the Houston area. There's still plenty more help to come from the HQ office and other branches around the country.
Children's Hospital Pajama Drive
Toys and pajamas were donated to Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Seattle Children’s Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital. In addition, the Hart Family Foundation, which is partnering with First Cal Cares, made a monetary donation of $8,000.
Over the course of two weeks, more than 60 pairs of children’s pajamas and 100 various toys were collected in the Petaluma headquarters alone. First Cal’s Washington branches also donated over 70 items for First Cal Cares. The company delivered the donated items to the pediatric hospitals the week before Christmas.
